Nivea is the most famous brand of Beiersdorf company, and familiar to generations of consumers in Serbia, as it has been present in this market since 1931. Our cooperation, in terms of support to Nivea portfolio, also includes the Superbrand award given to Nivea brand at the first award of this recognition in Serbia, in 2007. The Superbrand award is a special recognition, primarily for the Beiersdorf Serbia team, but then also for all agencies that cooperate with this company.
In addition to Nivea brand with a portfolio of over 500 products for face, body and hair care, our cooperation includes support to other brands of Beiersdorf company: Labello and Eucerin.
Preparation and realization of planned PR activities
Based on an annual briefing presented by Beiersdorf team,

Group prepares a draft plan of PR activities. We create various formats and methods of promoting products, which are highlighted as new or important. We use guidelines received from the Beiersdorf team and engage in a creative development of concepts, depending on an objective of promotion.
As our long-standing cooperation shows, it is the usual practice to implement the plan along the predefined lines, which has resulted in very strong growth trends year-on-year.
Plans of PR activities contain various segments: from creation and distribution of press materials to specially designed press kits, through themed presentations for journalists, special events and press tours.
Placement of information and publicity creation
Placement of information about portfolio we promote is always defined strictly in terms of format, contents and auxiliary components. In addition to information placemen in accordance with client's defined priorities, the agency has an extensive database with prepared information for the media, all necessary illustrative photographs, and products available for additional photographing.
Our long-standing cooperation has given us an in-depth knowledge of Beiersdorf’s product mix, making it easy for us to adjust to changes. As a result, we are able to provide quality information and respond to all requests from the media, within extremely short lead times. A very good illustration is that a total number of products for which we provided publicity were 42 in 2004, which was the first year of cooperation, while u 2007 it was 110. The number of relevant print media recording continuous publicity has increased from 35 in 2004 to 40 in 2007.
In terms of value of publicity generated in print media and total presence, Beiersdorf portfolio is in a superior position. This performance has been confirmed by an independent analysis carried out with the inputs provided by the company, in connection with relevant competition and print media.
Writing of texts and design of advertorial
It with great pleasure that we can highlight the fact that we were entrusted with
creating advertorials for nine products in Nivea and Eucerin product mixes. Our task included full preparation of advertorial: from text writing to design.
During 2006 and 2007 we prepared a total of 45 advertorials for the mentioned nine products.
Organization of special presentations for the media
Presentations for the media are always highly attractive in terms of design and organization. Owing to that, the attendance is usually high, while the generated publicity is excellent.
Especially, we would like to highlight very attractive presentations, such as:
- Presentation in Cafe Teatar – organized for product Good Bye Cellulite, that include a show put on stage by Milos Paunovic and played by actress Bojana Stefanovic
- Promotion at cafe Opium – organized for products Nivea Bath Happy Time, Nivea Deo Fresh Energy and Nivea Body Good Bye Cellulite – band-aids, with participation of MD Zorana Ilic
- Presentation at Country club ’’Babe’’- organized for Nivea Visage Oxygen Power creams
- Presentation at gallery Ozone – to present the new global concept of Nivea brand, entitled ’’Beauty is...’’
- Presentation at Hotel ’’Holiday Inn’’ – organized for Nivea Body My Siluette, Nivea Hair Care Diamond Gloss, Nivea Deo Double Effect and Nivea Visage Q10
