Type of Event: Journalists visit Actavis Company on Malta

Objective: Provide an opportunity to representative of local and national media from Serbia to learn about the activities of Actavis on Malta, as one of the most successful members of Actavis Group, with whom Actavis Serbia cooperates closely.

For the visit to Actavis Malta, representatives of company Zdravlje Actavis and PRofession Group, were accompanied by journalists from the following Serbian media: TV Leskovac, RTS correspondent from Leskovac, correspondents of daily newspapers ’’Večernje novosti’’, ’’Blic’’ and ’’Politika’’, editor of local newspaper ’’Naša reč’’, and journalists from magazines ’’Vreme’’ and NIN.

The General Manager of Actavis Malta, Mr. Sergio Vella gave a presentation about operations of Actavis Group, Actavis Malta, and cooperation between Actavis Malta and Zdravlje Actavisa. Following the presentation, journalists visited Actavis’ factory on Malta and saw the production process from input to output.

Beside an introduction to the operations of Actavis on Malta, journalists were also taken for a visit to Federation of Industrialists and Association of Entrepreneurs on Malta, which was an opportunity for representatives of the media to meet with presidents of those two very important organizations on Malta.

The organized visit for representatives of the media, also included a tourist tour of Malta with an introduction to cultural and historic landmarks of this Mediterranean country.



Following the visit, a total of seven articles were published in daily newspapers and magazines, written by their journalists who traveled with the group, as well as four TV stories: one on TV Leskovac and three on the national TV network RTS in prime time.
