As the finale of the first part of grand action “We are looking for Aroma friends” coincided with the date of company’s corporate event, we incorporated award ceremony for competition winners into the concept of traditional corporate party.

PRofession Group team was involved in selecting required details in connection with the event concept and scenario:

1. Presentation of action ’”We are looking for Aroma friends” – through a speech by PR manager of the company
2. Presentation of competition outcome – through an exposition of received photographs on display in the lobby
3. Prize award – presenting of participants, awarded authors, and girls appearing as models
4. Musical act – hiring of choreographer and popular band “Flamingosi”, who performed several of their numbers, with an appearance of professional dancers
5. Carefully selected popular band “Milacopezo”
6. Hiring of professional show hosts – Ivana Zaric and Dejan Pantelic

In addition, the agency ensured that guiding idea of the campaign was represented in invitations and gifts, which were specially designed for all guests at the event.



The agency has carried out the following activities:

• preparation of press material
• invitations to journalists and ensuring their presence
• coordination of media requests during the event
• recording and editing of TV report about the event for broadcast on TV STB, TV Pink and B92
• editing of story for “Blic žena” magazine – text, layout, photographs
• follow-up activities

About 300 invites attended the event, including 40 representatives of the media.

A total of 14 articles and five TV reports were published.
