Concept
Coordination conference is an annual event for managers, coordinators and representatives of Avon Cosmetics Company, which is organized throughout the world.
A total number of 650 coordinators were present at the conference held on 5 September 2003, with the following agenda:
- Sales department program – presentation of representatives by areas, award ceremony for coordinators and representatives, and entertainment program consisting of a dancing act by four couples of professional dancers.
- Marketing department program – presentation of the next three campaigns and key products, through commercial presentation, illustration by actors (Vojin Cetkovic, Rada Djuricin, Milan Gutovic), choreographic illustration (ballet dancers from the National Theatre and Terazije Theatre) directed by Irfan Mensur.
- Concert – pop singer Vlado Georgijev had a two-hour concert after the end of official part of conference

- Hiring of Mr. Irfan Mensur for event director and coordination of activities with Avon Cosmetics’ team

Total generated publicity
We are very pleased that a part of the event was open to journalists, as the entertainment program and presentation of products was impressive for them. Then it is not surprising that perfume Tressele, as highlight of the conference, received the greatest publicity (print media and television).
In addition, owing to openness of the conference for media representatives, Avon received excellent publicity and praise in a text published in “’Ilustrovana Politika”, where commercial presentation of new products was acclaimed as an impressive cultural event, unseen before in our country.
