Pharmaceutical Company Actavis signed the first sponsorship agreement with our Olympic athlete in April 2005. That was a beginning of long-term successful cooperation and Actavis’ continued support to Olivera Jevtic. Our PR campaign was designed in view of the fact that Olivera Jevtic has been dedicated to continuous training and top performances as a member of Serbia’s athletic team for many years. She is successful, ambitious, dynamic, and above all, dedicated to a long-term success. These values are shared by Actavis in its operations, and that is why we promoted them in our PR activities. In addition, we worked on promotion of healthy lifestyle and fitness as starting points for success in any sports or other endeavors in life.

Olivera ran many marathons across the globe wearing Actavis logo, as well as appearing in events organized by Actavis Company: race on the occasion of Leskovac grill festival in September 2005, .and a promotional event in Belgrade downtown during the World Osteoporosis Day in 2005. Olivera was also on the front page of company’s promotional brochure for anti-osteoporosis activities in April 2007.

We have followed closely all of Olivera’s sports victories and participation in company’s activities. We were preparing and distributing regular press releases, organized interviews and appearances in TV programs. For the occasion of signing contract for 2008, we organized a special event – signing ceremony at restaurant ’’Loža’’ in Belgrade. Olivera signed the contract with director of Actavis’ regional representative office Mr. Goran Orlic.

Twenty journalists from the most relevant media attended this event, and 20 articles were published in print media, five stories appeared on web portals, including a report in prime time evening news at Serbian Broadcasting Corporation (RTS). During April, we received additional publicity when Olivera Jevtic participated in Belgrade Marathon – six articles and six television reports.
